Albi Zhubi has individually closed more than $125 million in career sales and contributed to more than $1 billion in transactions across new development, townhouses, condos, and co-ops. Over 12 years in New York real estate and nearly 500 transactions, she has developed particular expertise in the Brooklyn market. She is also a Healthy Home Expert, bringing an informed perspective on how design and the built environment can support healthier living.

Albi brings deep new-development experience, advising from the earliest stages of floor planning, unit mix, finishes, amenities, pricing, and marketing through on-site sales and negotiation. Her resale practice spans condos, co-ops, and multifamily properties, with a particular strength in identifying renovation and value-add opportunities for buyers, including architects and designers looking to create their own homes.

A native of Chicago’s North Shore and longtime Clinton Hill resident, Albi speaks English and Albanian. A former collegiate golfer, she is also passionate about animal rescue and mental health advocacy.
